How EndoLift Works
Micro-Fiber Laser Delivery
EndoLift uses an ultra-thin, flexible micro-fiber that is gently inserted just beneath the skin’s surface. This fiber delivers a controlled laser beam into the deeper layers of the skin. The targeted energy travels precisely through the tissue, allowing the treatment to reshape, tighten, and contour specific areas without needing surgical incisions.
Thermal Stimulation & Tissue Heating
As the laser energy spreads through the connective tissue, it generates focused heat. This thermal effect causes immediate contraction of collagen fibers and begins a biological process that encourages new collagen and elastin. The heat also helps remodel underlying structures, improving firmness and reducing skin laxity over time.
Fat Melting & Tissue Remodeling
In areas where mild fat pockets exist—such as the jawline or under-chin—the EndoLift laser gently melts excess fat. The liquified fat is naturally removed through the body’s metabolic process. At the same time, the heat promotes tighter, more structured connective tissue, creating smoother and more defined contours.
Progressive Tightening – Multiple Zones
Skin tightening develops in stages. Some results appear immediately due to instant collagen contraction, while deeper structural improvements occur gradually over several weeks. Because the skin renews itself in cycles, multiple treatment zones can be addressed in a single session, and the full tightening effect continues to improve for 2–3 months.
BENEFITS OF ENDOLIFT LASER
Immediate Skin Tightening
EndoLift delivers controlled laser energy beneath the skin, causing instant collagen contraction. This creates a noticeable tightening effect right after the procedure, enhancing facial and body contours from the very first session.
Long-Lasting Lift & Firmness
Unlike surface treatments that fade quickly, EndoLift stimulates deep collagen remodeling. Results continue to improve for weeks as the skin rebuilds elastin and collagen, offering natural, long-lasting firmness.
Fat Reduction & Contouring
EndoLift can selectively melt small pockets of fat—especially under the chin, jawline, and lower face. This dual action of fat reduction and tissue tightening leads to a more sculpted and defined appearance.
Minimal Downtime
Because EndoLift is minimally invasive, most patients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours. No incisions, no stitches, and no prolonged recovery—just gradual, natural-looking improvements.

What is Endolift?
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens and contours the skin from the inside out. We insert a hair-thin laser fiber under your skin to melt stubborn fat and stimulate deep collagen production. It offers results to micmic a surgical lift but without the scalpel, scarring, or long recovery.
How does it work?
The laser energy serves two purposes:
Melts Fat: It targets small pockets of fat (like in the jowls or under the chin) and liquefies them. It is not as effective as liposuction but probably the next best thing.
Tightens Skin: It heats the internal tissue network, causing immediate retraction (shrinking) and triggering a long-term healing response that builds new, stronger collagen over the next 3–6 months.
Is it painful?
Most patients find the procedure very tolerable. We use a local anesthetic (numbing fluid) to completely numb the treatment area before we begin. You may feel some pressure or a strange "crackling" sensation during the treatment, but sharp pain is rare. Afterward, the area may feel sore or tender, similar to a deep bruise or a workout.
What is the downtime?
Social downtime is typically 3–7 days, primarily due to swelling. You may look "puffy" or like you have had dental work for the first few days. Bruising is possible but varies by patient. Most people feel confident returning to work and social events within a week.
When will I see results?
You may see some immediate tightening right after the procedure, but this is just the beginning. The real results appear as your body produces new collagen. You will see noticeable improvement at 4–6 weeks, with the final, peak results visible at 3–6 months.
Is it safe?
Yes, Endolift is FDA-cleared and considered very safe when performed by trained specialists. The laser features safety mechanisms to prevent overheating. Rare side effects can include temporary numbness or minor nerve weakness (which typically resolves on its own in a few weeks). It can be used pretty much anywhere on the body (undereyes, upper eyelids, jowls, neck, under arm, legs, buttocks, abdomen, etc).
CO2 Laser Post-Care: The Essentials
* IMMEDIATE AFTERCARE *
Medications: Start your prescribed Antibiotics and SterAquaphorctly as directed on the bottle. Finish the full course of antibiotics unless instructed otherwise. If you were prescribed an antiviral (like Valtrex), continue taking that as directed.
Keep it Moist (The "Occlusive" Rule): Your skin must never dry out. Apply a thick layer of the recommended ointment (e.g., Aquaphor, Vaseline, or specific post-care balm) continuously. If it feels tight or dry, apply more.
Sleep Elevated: Sleep with your head propped up on 2 pillows for the first 3–4 nights. This is crucial to help drain fluid and minimize the significant swelling that occurs around the eyes.
* CLEANING & HYGIENE *
Gentle Washing: Wash your face 2–3 times a day with cool water and a very gentle cleanser (like Cetaphil or CeraVe). Use only your fingertips—do not use a washcloth or scrub.
Vinegar Soaks (If Instructed): If we have advised vinegar soaks, mix 1 teaspoon of white vinegar with 1 cup of cool water. Soak clean gauze in the solution and gently lay it on the skin for 10–15 minutes to soothe and clean.
Do Not Pick: As the old skin begins to darken and peel, do not pick, pull, or scrub it off. Let it slough off naturally during washing. Picking can cause scarring.
* WHAT TO EXPECT *
The "Ooze": It is normal for the skin to weep a clear, yellow fluid for the first 48 hours. This is part of the healing process.
Redness: Your skin will be bright red (like a severe sunburn) for the first week, fading to pink over the next few weeks.
Itching: As the skin heals (Days 4–7), it may become very itchy. You can take an over-the-counter antihistamine (like Benadryl or Zyrtec) to help.
* STRICT SUN AVOIDANCE *
No Sun: New skin is extremely sensitive to UV light. You strictly avoid direct sun exposure for 4 weeks. Once the skin has healed (after peeling is complete), you must wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every single day to prevent hyperpigmentation (dark spots).
