Laboratory testings required for USCIS- through Quest Diagnostics. 3. Update vaccinations required by USCIS- not included but has low cost options. 3. Civil surgeon review of complete records and sealing the documents.

Cancellation Policy

The amount you pay online is a non-refundable Deposit if you are a no show to your appointment. You may cancel your booking until two days prior to your appointment.
